A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas
3/5 for this one.

I can’t be the only one, can I? I mean… I liked that it was kinda nice in the sense that we got to see what happened in the aftermath of the events in ACoWaR and it was a good bridge between that and the next books.
What was up with all the character development that happened in the last book?! I’m so angry because some of the characters had made great strides in getting to a place that was better for them, and now they regressed so much.
MONEY! Feyre is constantly complaining about the money and not wanting to spend any of Rhy’s money because it belongs to the court… and then they make these huge purchases and it is just so beyond inconsistent.
Feyre starts making decisions that go against everything she’d been talking about and it irritates me to no end.
The sex scenes… what. I don’t mind a nicely done sex scene in my fantasy books (hello, Jay Kristoff) but the sex scenes in this book were beyond cringe-worthy. My friend and I were literally texting quotes from those scenes back and forth because we couldn’t stop laughing/ cringing.
I will say, I was happy to see all the characters again and see where the rest of the series was headed, so I’m super excited about that.
